HAVE MERCY ON ME LORD
I started a ‘healthy eating plan’ today and it’s been going really well so far (I’ve nearly completed my first day yay me this is the furthest it’s ever gotten to, I usually quit by mid-morning) but is it normal that I’m going through all the food tags? Not even normal food, I’m looking at melted cheese and caramel mostly.
And there is a jar of nutella that keeps eyeing me up in the kitchen and now I can’t go into the kitchen because, knowing myself, I will just grab a spoon and devour that jar. You want it more when you can’t have it.
